Successes and achievements

The main achievement of KazCCT is the establishment of a Testing Center capable of conducting a sufficient volume of necessary tests for the purpose of conformity assessment of railway products in accordance with the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On the Safety of Railway Rolling Stock" (TR CU 001/2011), "On the Safety of High-Speed Railway Transport" (TR CU 002/2011), and "On the Safety of Railway Transport Infrastructure" (TR CU 003/2011).

The KazCCT Testing Center, located in Ekibastuz, is equipped with modern testing equipment and measuring instruments from leading global manufacturers. This allows for a wide range of tests on rolling stock, its components, and track superstructure elements. This testing equipment and measuring instruments are among the most advanced in the CIS and have no analogs in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

The testing site includes:

A universal 3D stand designed for static and cyclic tests.
A stand for tensile-compression testing of passenger and freight cars.
A stand for compression testing of rolling stock components.
A stand for static tensile testing of rolling stock components.

The uniqueness of our equipment lies in the fact that such stands are manufactured exclusively according to the individual requirements of the customer. The production procedure for such unique equipment includes the following stages: development of technical specifications based on the planned functions of the test equipment; development of design documentation for manufacturing, considering installation requirements; actual production; and subsequent commissioning. The best companies of global brands such as MTS, HBM, Rohde & Schwarz from Russia, the USA, Japan, and China participated in the manufacturing of our equipment.

Currently, the universal 3D stand is unique in the CIS in terms of technical capabilities, as it is based on a modern hydraulic system with six independent hydraulic cylinders and a control system that allows for virtually any combination of normative loads. This stand enables testing of various railway-related products, ranging from small elements like a traction clamp wedge to massive structures such as locomotive bogie frames.
